My Energy is Spent Just Trying to Breathe!

Actually, for me, i think its that my level of anxiety is often so high that i find it difficult to feel grounded. Anxiety is so consuming that it’s hard to think about other things when i’m swept up in it. I’m trying to find ways to hold on to my moments on calmness, to draw them out in such a way that i can accomplish things, and focus, and think about future goals and the bigger picture.

That is what I long for, but some days i feel like all of my energy is expended just trying to breathe, whew!! so there you go.
